Professional and dedicated educators. We will work with your child to ensure that he or she is successful in school and in life. We focus on the whole child and how we can support the family but empower the students.



A-League of Extraordinary Scholars has now been servicing the Charlotte area for the last three years in the form of tutoring and afterschool care for children in the greater Charlotte area.

 

We provide tutoring onsite and remote we have two locations where we are located for afterschool care. Tutoring can be in-person or remote due to COVID-19 we work to ensure the health and safety of the students and tutors.  Space is limited currently for in-person tutoring and afterschool care.

​Our Staff

Highly qualified veteran CMS teachers with 20 plus years of experience. Highly vested in the educational development of children and hold several certifications and Masters in Education for Curriculum and instruction.

We also have highly dedicated and hard-working support staff that has been working with children and adults in education for over 30 years.

Child Safety

Currently, we are asking that students wear masks and social distance. Temperatures will be checked daily and if you have the following please keep your scholar at home. 

People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of reported symptoms – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to SARS-CoV-2. Symptoms can include:

  • Fever or chills

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Fatigue

  • Muscle or body aches

  • Headache

  • New loss of taste or smell

  • Sore throat

  • Congestion or runny nose

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Diarrhea

This list does not include all possible symptoms and children and youth with SARS-CoV-2 infection may experience any, all, or none of these symptoms. (See Symptoms of Coronavirus for more information).

Given the wide range of symptoms and the fact that some people with SARS-CoV-2 infection (the virus that causes COVID-19) are asymptomatic, there are limitations to symptom screening conducted by schools for the identification of COVID-19.
